Cancellation
You may cancel your training order and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase provided you have not booked your training sessions or accessed the course training workbook.
If you have accessed the course training workbook a refund of 50% will apply on cancellation within 14 days of purchase.
If you have accessed the course training workbook and booked training sessions that need to be cancelled, a refund of 25% will apply on cancellation within 14 days of purchase.
Rescheduling Booked Training Sessions
Any pre-booked meetings can be changed with 72 hours notice on Monday to Fridays, e.g. for a Monday meeting a change needs to be made by the preceding Friday.
If meetings need to be rescheduled with less than 72 hours notice, a charge of £20 will apply.
Options to add additional online coaching sessions
You can add extra 45 minute session blocks for £55 per session should you need extra coaching one to one. These can then be added to the diary system on Mondays or Fridays once the payment for the one to one sessions is made.
Alterations or extension options to the course maximum 8 Week term
The course lasts 8 weeks or less from the first introductory module. All sessions need to be completed within this period. Any extension can be arranged for a fee of £50 per week beyond 8 weeks.
If for any practical reason we cannot accommodate your requested training times we will extend the number of weeks at no extra charge.
